Ural 750 service and repair manual


















Is it really a repair manual? I've already got a set of the basic service videos, but I want an in-depth, "here's how you take the motor apart" manual. Cheers, Dan K. I'm not lost. It's written by folks that assume you're at least a somewhat familiar with wrenching.

If you've never been inside of a motor before and looking for a step by little step hand holding tech school text book this ain't it but there are some spec sheets in it that you need. Some of the information is incorrect, and the manual is not updated every year to keep up with production changes. Having said that, I don't know if anyone makes a really good shop repair manual for these things, but I would love to hear from anyone who has recommendations for something lots better.

Not what I expected in a Service Manual. More like a factory manual is how to build a Ural using factory tools and jigging. Most of the information you can get from this forum. The english translation is very poor and the info was not intended for the mostly part time wrenchers This forum and the Bill Glaser manual are far superior than that shoddy manual While my mechanical skills are fairly average I have tackled a number of jobs with confidence and sucess,which I otherwise would have avoided doing myself thanks to BillG.

It has to be said that JohnBG has also put up some excellent photo posts over time which I have also found first class. I would like to thank them and others who have saved me many hours of anxiety and head scratching which has improved my ownership enjoyment of my Ural.
